Payment is due before or at the first scheduled service.
🐾 Visit Minimums (for pet safety)
- Cats / Small Caged Animals → 1 visit per day minimum
- Dogs with Outdoor Access → 2 visits per day minimum
- Dogs Roaming Free Indoors or Crated → 3 visits per day minimum
📅 Cancellation Policy
- 7 or more days before service: Full refund
- Between 24 hours and 6 days before service: 50% refund
- Within 24 hours of scheduled service: No refund
💰 Additional Fees Summary
- Early Morning / Late Evening Visits (before 7 AM or after 9 PM) → +$10
- Holiday Visits (on the actual holiday) → +$25
- Key Pickup / Drop-Off (if not stored on file) → +$5
- Travel Fee (locations 20+ miles from 55417) → +$20
- Troubled/Difficult Dogs (reactive, aggressive, specialized handling) → +$10 per visit
- Additional Dogs (walked at same time) → +$5 each
- Bath Supplies (if we provide shampoo, conditioner, towels) → +$5
